Vintage signed KRAMER cats eye blue and white givre brooch and matching clip on earring set.

Light sapphire blue, white and clear “cats eye” glass givre stones with light sapphire blue crystal rhinestones. Round and teardrop cuts, prong set. Silver tone metal setting, closed backs, appears to be rhodium plated. Brooch measures 2 3/8”, earrings are 1 1/4 x 1 3/8”. No missing stones, pin and clips in working order. Condition is very good to excellent all pieces. Beautiful in blue! This is a gorgeous set, nice weight!
