Item is used and in good condition.  Case has significant clouding and some cracks and scratches, but is intact.  All-original and authentic artwork, manual, registration card and game disc.  Manual and registration card are very good, with no tears or writing. Game disc is clean.  Cleaned and sanitized.  Tested and working.
