Item is used and in good to very good condition.  All-original and authentic case, artwork, manual, and game disc.  Case has some sticker residue on the upper right front cover, a couple of scratches and one pockmark on the back cover.  Case and artwork have no rips, tears, or stickers (except for the official NBA sticker).  Manual is very good, with no tears or writing.  Game disc is clean.  Cleaned and sanitized.  Tested and working.
