First edition book by the title 'Notes on the surgery of the war in the Crimea' written by George Macleod and published in 1862 by J. B. Lippincott of Philadelphia.  

The book is in over-all fine condition with some discoloration to the binding and slight edge wear as to be expected from age.  There is some toned discoloration to several of the interior pages.
