Scratch in plastic flap.
The unit had been previously repaired and appears to include a TL071 op-amp replacement.
I replaced a faulty 4066 IC and a few capacitors. Otherwise, everything is original.
Now repaired, the unit is connected and thoroughly tested on my own sound system.
