Authentic vintage wooden soda bottle crate from H.A. Bortner of Hanover, Pennsylvania.
This original crate features green stenciled advertising on multiple sides, metal reinforced corner bands, and the original interior bottle dividers. The interior retains a manufacturer's stamp from H.E. Acme Box Company, Baltimore, Maryland, dated 10-53, documenting its October 1953 production.
A fantastic piece of Pennsylvania bottling history that works equally well as advertising memorabilia, primitive farmhouse décor, country store display, or practical storage.
