I have done a few in the past but due to a change in circumstances I don't have time to do this one. 

It is solid and dry. These are the 2 main components I look for when buying them. 

It is actually in perfectly good, serviceable condition so could just be used as it is.

I don't seem to able to find the key, so it will need a new door lock. (I will keep looking while this listing runs)

I do not know the age of it.
