    • Like-New Performance: These are products typically returned shortly after purchase, often without ever being used. They function 100% like a brand-new item.

    • Expert Inspection: Every unit goes through our strict Returns Department Inspection. We test for full functionality, power, and performance before it?s listed.

    • Minor Handling Marks: Since the box was opened, the item may show very light cosmetic marks or small scratches from being handled. However, these are strictly cosmetic and never affect performance.

    • Transparency: We take pride in being honest. If there is a noticeable flaw, we will show it in the photos. We don't hide anything!

    • What is an Open Box item? It is a product that has been opened or returned with little to no use. It delivers the same performance as a brand-new item but with significant savings. Every item is carefully inspected and tested by our team to guarantee it functions perfectly.
