Good condition, includes the quick release front handlebar mount and a few different size metal bushings for different size handlebars. all of the zippers work and it has no holes or damage. It is preowned and shows some sign of use. It has been hanging around my garage for years, but still fully functional. It does not include a should strap, but it has the loops to add one.
