The Pentax-A 150mm f/3.5 is a short telephoto prime lens designed for the Pentax 645 medium format system, delivering an angle of view equivalent to approximately 95mm in full-frame terms. Its 150mm focal length is well suited for portrait, landscape, and detail photography, providing natural perspective and effective subject isolation. The lens features a maximum aperture of f/3.5 and a 6-blade diaphragm for controlled depth of field. Its manual focus design offers precise focusing, while the Pentax-A electronic coupling enables automatic aperture control and full exposure communication with compatible Pentax 645 cameras. The optical construction is engineered to provide high sharpness, accurate contrast, and consistent color reproduction across the frame. It accepts 58mm filters and features a durable, all-metal construction typical of the Pentax 645 A-series lenses.
