For sale is a Selmer Signet 123F Resonite Oboe in Good condition in a selmer hard case. This instrument is a great full range intermediate model oboe that is both economical and high enough quality to play through the high school level. It includes the low Bb key that you will not find on beginner instruments. This is the most economical full range oboe we offer, and is my top recommendation for a brand new student. Selmer oboes are known for their high quality and simplicity to make starting on the oboe easier than other brands. The keys are silver plated but have stubborn tarnish that did not completely come off during the polishing process. They have plating wear on several of the surfaces. There is some scratching on the instrument body as well, but the instrument plays very well.

There is a repaired crack on the top joint around the reed holder. The top joint seals and plays fine, but we are discounting this instrument accordingly.

This particular instrument is in good condition overall. The case is sturdy but shows marks from the previous owner.
