How to Use

  1. Place the cake blank in the center of the turntable.
  2. Adjust the distance between the horizontal knife and vertical knife (5-8mm).
  3. Turn on the power and set the rotation speed of the turntable to 60-80rpm.
  4. Apply cream evenly, starting from the bottom and working your way up the sides, then from the inside out on the top.
  5. Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal knife when needed.
  6. Remove the horizontal knife and vertical knife, and wipe the cake for a perfect finish.
