• unique Nippon Moriage porcelain lidded tea caddy, ginger or biscuit jar
• from Japan circa 1891-1921
• moriage enamel work w/ floral, circular & other designs
• Chinese scholar or immortal seated on lid
• measures 3 1/2" in length & in width & 7 1/2" in height
• Very good condition. Some areas of loss to moriage dots at base. Crazing on white areas. Small fleck inside of rim of lid.
