Complete In original box with manual and accessories - when first plugged up it lights up for a few seconds - SEE PHOTOS - before it goes out and you can hear a little static - selling as non working - parts only but someone who knows what they are doing can probably fix it - I sure can’t - see photos - I’ll gladly compare USPS Ground Advantage against UPS Ground and ship it as cheap as possible - if I’m able to save you any money I’ll refund it to you - thanks !!!!!!!!
