Backed by my research, this appears to be a vintage Sayonara semi-automatic petrol lighter, made in Japan during the 1950s–1960s. While I haven't been able to locate period documentation for the 0201 variant, the design closely matches documented Sayonara models from the era. My example is stamped 0201 on the base.

Tested and producing a strong spark. Presents in honest vintage condition with age-related wear, light marks and patina consistent with decades of use. Please refer to all photos as they form part of the description.
