We ship via FedEx as our standard method.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses .
Other shipping methods: For some countries, Japan Post is available. Please contact us in advance if you prefer it. For countries where this option is not available, FedEx will be used. Sea mail is currently not offered due to long delivery times.
β Address changes after shipment
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before payment. If the address is changed after the parcel has shipped, an additional $15 redirection fee will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation.
Customs & Import Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the buyer's responsibility and are handled directly between the buyer and your country's customs office.
We will cover the US customs duties only.

Returns
We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition (and original packaging, where applicable).
For buyer-initiated returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Parcels Returned by the Carrier
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or expiration of the storage period at the local depot, the return shipping cost and the re-shipping cost will be charged to the buyer.
