The Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation was a non-profit organization which owned and operated Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson in Charlottesville, Virginia, founded in 1923.

In July 1923, William Wiseman Sloan became of member of this foundation — and we cannot find any information of about him... but we have a copy of page J104 with his signature in another auction currently listed - see item number: 33668848894
