Strap length 7 inches (not adjustable)

Bust 16 inches (bust area has darts)

High Waist 14 1/2 inches

Natural Waist 15 1/2 icnhes

Hips 18 inches (Hips is a guesstimate as this depends on where you may measure- I did my best based on where I felt this would be on the garment)

When I purchased this dress I was a dead on JCrew size 4, and it fit perfectly. So True to Size 4. That was quite a few years ago, and now I am a solid 6, I cannot fit into it. I hate to sell it, but it is too beautiful to sit in my closet.
