CD booklet only. The CD is not included. The overall condition of the booklet is very good. There is some smudging at the bottom where "Darkness and Light" is printed. There is also very light smudging near the spine on the front left cover. This was a Newbury Comics exclusive promotion. I have included my sales receipt as proof of authenticity since is has not been professionally authenticated. A great item for any fan of John Legend or "The Voice".
