? Shipping Days: Monday & Tuesday only to avoid weekend delays.

? Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped on the following Monday.

? FISH APPEARANCE

?? You will receive the exact fish shown in the listing photos.

Please note:

• Colors may appear lighter or darker depending on your aquarium lighting.
• Fish may temporarily lose color due to shipping stress.
• Once settled into their new environment, colors will gradually return.
• Bettas carrying the Marble Gene may naturally change color or pattern over time.

? NO RETURNS

? DOA (Dead On Arrival) POLICY

In the rare event your fish arrives dead:

? Take clear photos of the fish inside the original unopened bag.

? Do NOT open or tear the shipping bag.

? Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with the required photos.

Claims submitted after 1 hour will not be accepted.

? REFUND POLICY

If your DOA claim meets all requirements:

?? Fish price will be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement fish is available (buyer pays shipping).
