Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. We aim to process and ship items daily; however, dispatch times may vary and are not guaranteed, particularly during weekends or public holidays.

Courier shipments may require additional handling time, as collections often need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that most courier services do not operate over weekends, so orders placed later in the week (for example, Thursday onward) may be collected on the next working day.

While courier delivery options may be available, some locations may fall outside standard delivery zones or incur additional surcharges. This can include remote or extended areas such as the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and similar regions. If your address falls within these areas, you may be asked to select an alternative delivery method or contact us for a customized shipping quotation.

We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible. Please wait for a combined invoice or request an updated total before completing payment.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition Guide

We aim to be fully transparent about the condition of every item we sell. Please review the definitions below before purchasing:

New – Other:

Items listed as New-Other are in excellent, like-new condition but may not come in their original retail packaging. This could include:

• Opened box items
• Display units
• Customer returns that have not been used
• Items with minor cosmetic marks (if any, will be shown in photos)

All items are fully tested (where applicable) and confirmed to be in perfect working condition.

Parts Only / Not Working:

Items listed as Parts Only are sold strictly for spares, repair, or refurbishment.

• May be incomplete, damaged, or missing components
• No guarantee of working condition

These items are non-returnable unless stated otherwise, so please review the listing carefully before purchase.

Used:

Items listed as Used have been previously owned and may show signs of wear such as light scratches, marks, or cosmetic imperfections.
