Great Pennsylvania Political Collectiable
This is a 1967 Souvenir Plate presented by Wlliam Scranton as Governor of Pennsylvania as an appreciation momention gift  to his staff & other key personal   
He was born in 1917 & died in 2013  
The 38th Gov. of PA.  Appointed 13th U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations from 1976-1977.  Previous Pa. Member of the House of Representatives from 1961-1963. 
Member of the Republican Party.
Inscribed "With Appreciation  (Pa. State Crest"  Signature) William Scranton / Governor 1963-1967"
This plate was given in 1967 as an apprciation for contribution to members of his staff  or to those who donated money for his campapign.
There is no maker's name on the back. Seal  was machine made or etched into the plate. 
Size: 8" - Shape: Round.- Weight 322 grams/11.2 oz.

Sold as is. No box.
