There is wear in the book, the cover has area where the coloring is worn down and well as some black marks on the back cover.  There is a small rip in the upper left of the cover near the spine that continues to the top of  the spine.   Book is curved a bit.  The pages have yellowing, a few of the pages have the corn folded over.  See pictures.
