For sale is an authentic, original KEF die-cast metal base stand, specifically designed for the iconic HTS2001 "Egg" satellite speaker series. Finished in factory metallic silver, this modular bracket features a dual-axis hinge design that allows it to be used as a stable desktop/shelf plinth, or inverted to act as a fully adjustable swivel wall-mounting bracket.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is sold strictly as a fixable PROJECT / SPARES item under the "For Parts or Not Working" category. The small internal screw housing chassis plate that directly secures the speaker pod to the neck joint is currently broken/fractured. It is entirely fixable by a buyer handy with DIY, metal epoxy, or structural bonding, but is sold exactly as it sits on our bench. The metallic surfaces also display standard superficial surface scratches and scuffs from previous home theatre use. No speaker, fixing screws, or wires are included. Please check all photos closely.
Condition Report:
Functional Status: Project / Spares condition. The main ball-and-socket swivel neck mechanism moves smoothly under manual pressure and holds its position firmly. However, the direct speaker-mounting chassis contact point is broken as described and requires repair before it can securely hold an "Egg" speaker pod.
Cosmetic Condition: Used state. Displays standard superficial scratches and storage scuffs across the silver metallic lacquer finish, but the rest of the heavy-duty main cast base is solid and free of structural frame cracks. The rubber anti-slip pads on the underside are present.
