This is a long roll of over 600 unused vintage World War II U. S. Army overseas service bars.

These are definitely old.

From what I understand, each bar equals six months of service overseas.

There are 20 strips with over 30 bars on each. There are about 600–650 bars.

The material is wool.

The group looks to be in very good condition.

It weighs 12 ounces.
