This is currently one of the oldest pieces of boxing history I could find on the whole internet

Dated 1894 and won by E Morgan at a boxing event at Guys Hospital in London

The trophy is silver plate on brass and still in very good condition with most of its plating still intact

Made by top Silversmiths Walker & Hall

No dents or obvious scratches

I have only lightly cleaned the inside so is still quite tarnished

Measures 16.5cm tall x 8cm wide and very heavy for its size
