Up for sale is my Honda Civic Type R EP3. This is an amazing example with all the extras that make the EP3 even better. It has been very well cared for and no expense has been spared with only the best parts fitted. Low mileage and low owners. It has had a recent full major service and health check carried out at Honda HQ, along with all new brake pads and discs all round. The Gearbox has been fully rebuilt. and it has some nice modifications including a Helical LSD,  Nitron R1 Coilovers which are  set just right so the car feels amazing (There is also paperwork and documentation to support the settings of the suspension) Full Skunk2 Mega Power RR Exhaust System which sounds absolutely incredible along with the custom 3 inch 421 and v band fitment. Outstanding stopping power with the 6 Pot Brake Setup. Uniroyal Rainsport 3 Tyres like new all round matching set. Has been dry stored for 15 Years underneath condition is a testament to this no rust on the sills, arch's, inside the rear speakers or the rear boot floor - photos available on request. No underseal applied so you can see all the condition properly as it would be from factory. Rear arch lips have been rolled professionally to allow for the wheels and suspension setup, they  galvanised, zinc coated and then stone chip protective coated them at the time too. Engine light is on only due to the decat, can be plugged in upon viewing. Other Exhaust system can be included for asking price. This was fitted for MOT it's a scorpion cat back system with another 421 manifold with a sports cat so it passes MOT. Brand new Mugen style wing fitted 2 months ago and Original spoiler also included for asking price. Car is detailed regularly. No group viewings. Test drives to be done by me only. Bank transfer and only when it's cleared the keys will be handed over. This is a 20+ year old car so except some age related marks and stone chips. Not many around left in this condition and spec, this hasn't been abused it's been appreciated to a high standard.
