Just six dried leaves. Find out for yourself if dried Kaffir Lime works for you. This is plenty for most recipes.
Kaffir Lime Leaves, DRIED (Citrus Hystrix, aka Makrut or Thai Lime) store well, NOT FRESH
When cooked, Kaffir lime leaves are intensely fragrant, and are an essential ingredient in Thai cuisine. Often used in Indonesian and Cambodian recipes. They have a citrusy, zesty flavor that is more aromatic than bay or curry leaves.
My leaves are organically home-grown in Pennsylvania, USA. These leaves are just a few weeks old, slow dried at room temperature to maximize flavor and long-term storage. Fresh leaves are better, but do not keep very long at all.
You'll receive a small envelope with a paper envelope inside with the dried leaves. They go regular USPS envelopes, so they will be crushed by the time they get to you. Just a small sample at a low cost.
