For sale is a 2003-d ME state quarter pcgs ms-67. It's a bright untoned flashy no problem coin. (My photo was taken without a direct light on it so it does not show the flashy luster). This was graded in 2004 long before plus grades existed! This is one of the tougher dates to find in high grade!
