For sale is 2001-d NC ms68 in a new holder. The 711.. cert number however means it was actually graded in 2003 or 2004 and then has since been reholdered. This is a top pop with only 54 in this grade and none higher (last I checked). This is really not easy to find! These 1999-2004 state quarters with a pop of less than 100 are all mostly all in collections already. This coin could pass as untoned but it's just not as pure white as say my NC-p coin. It's well known the D mints 1999-2002 run much tougher than the P mints. It's very bright and flashy.
