For sale is 2004-p TX ms-68 in a flag label holder. By 2004 the Denver mint got its act together and produced nicer coins leaving the P mints as the tougher coins in ms68. This coin has a pop of around 100 with only a couple higher and virtually all of those are tied up in collections! The coin is bright and flashy and untoned.
