For sale is 2013-s pcgs ms68 Ft McHenry quarter. Current pop is only 18. The pop report lists 5 higher but I'm quite certain those are mislabeled proof coins. This coin just does not come nicer than ms68. These S mints are really tough and there are very few ms68s across the board on them.
