A large framed embroidered silk, titled 'In Remembrance Of My Stay In China'. A central Cabinet Card photograph of a sailor from HMS King Alfred (1901), within an elaborate Chinese silk souvenir embroidery with flags and other decorations. In its original hardwood frame behind glass.
HMS King Alfred was Flagship on the China Station, between 1906 and 1910.
In very good antique condition, some edge chipping to the frame finish.
