Cap and barrel are made of resin, with metal band of hammered pattern. The band says 22K AGM, it's a gold plating technique used by Pilot in the vintage model.
There are scratched on the plastic parts beneath the nib.
There is no damage on the nib, some color change on the nib.
There is a very faint inscription (2 kanji characters) on the barrel.
The nib is 18 K gold nib. Nib size: F.
It doesn't come with a converter. You may use Pilot ink cartridge in it. The ink cartridge is available from major stationary stores.
It's better to thoroughly rinse the pen with clean water before inking and using it.
