Machine Operating Instructions a: Plug the machine’s power cord into a 220V outlet and let the machine heat up for 3 minutes. b: Load the bonding thread into the machine’s installation ring, and use a small threading needle to thread the hot-melt thread through the heating tube from the top. C: Before using the machine, apply a few drops of dishwashing liquid or sewing machine oil to the sponge next to the bonding roller at the bottom of the machine. This effectively prevents the hot-melt thread from sticking to the bonding roller. D: Hold the black handle of the veneer splicer, align the arrow on the front of the machine with the veneer joint to be spliced, and position the machine’s bonding roller and pressure roller to press down on the veneer. Push the machine forward. You will see the heating tube oscillating rhythmically. If the gap between the veneers is large, apply appropriate pressure to the pressure wheel to ensure a tight joint; if the veneers are closely aligned, reduce the pressure on the pressure wheel accordingly. By adjusting this pressure, you can achieve a beautiful joint. E: Cutting the thread. Once a joint is complete, lift the machine about 15 cm with your right hand. Position it to the left or right of the joint, pinch the glue thread, and gently pull it backward in the opposite direction of the joint. The thread will break, and you can begin joining the next joint.
