This item is used and in good to very good condition.  All-original cardboard box, manual and game cartridge.  The box and packaging have some creasing and signs of wear, particularly on the tabs.  The manual is very good with no rips, tears, writing or stickers.  The cartridge is very good, with the original sticker intact.  Cleaned and sanitized.  Tested and working.
