WWII Rations Books Carrying Case Dr. License Adams Family Westerville Ohio. The small rations book appears to be a personal notebook with a gasoline rations identification card. Some dates refer to the early 1900's. The larger carrying cases have stamps. There is an old driver's license. There are 6 ration books.
