--pages secure with some having spotting and one has a tear (see photos) 

--an inscription written in pencil

--cover has wear to edges and tips with markings on the back cover

--book tilts slightly

--the last photos show the pages' color most correctly

--it's hard to tell but it looks like there is a space and a period after the "o" in "co"
