Wireless Crystal Receiver.

This "BTH" crystal wireless receiver is a "Type C Form A" version and is in "as found" condition.
There are no chips, cracks or splits to the hard rubber elements and the impressed lettering is still legible, but has faded a little in places.
The applied numbered scale is still clear, but there is a little discolouration.
The set does have the usual wear and use marks that you would expect from a used item of this age.
The metal work has retained much of its' plating, however, there are some losses and rubbing in places.
The dual "cat's whiskers" are present, as are the crystal holders and crystals.
There are no cracks or splits to the celluloid cover, although, this has yellowed, the handles move as they should.
The stained wooden case has a nice depth of colour and there are no chips or cracks to the wood.
The instructions and makers plaque to the inside of the lid are present and both are clear and legible.
The transfer to the top has a good colour with a little rubbing, however, the "BBC" one to the front has been painted red at some point.
The catch to the front works well, although this has surface rust blemishes, the handle is well attached.
