Materials

B.plantfoam™ Footbed: Made from 72% plant-based materials (USDA-certified biobased), this footbed helps reduce CO₂ emissions by 70% when compared to traditional petroleum-based footbeds.

PLIANT™ Outsole: USDA-certified 100% biobased outsole, PLIANT™ is made with natural rubber from responsibly managed trees and contains no plastic.

Leather: Leather Working Group (LWG) certified leather upper and lining.

Calf hair is leather without the hair removed. It can be quite delicate and susceptible to balding if you often have high abrasion areas on your shoes from rubbing or scuffing. Mist your shoes at a distance with our Stain & Water Protector.

Use a Suede & Nubuck Brush to brush off dirt or dust caught in the calf hair. Be mindful to only brush in the direction of the hair, not against it!

The best maintenance is to take care when wearing your shoes. Unfortunately, if balding occurs there is no way to reverse it.
