In the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Mirror, Mirror", some members of the Enterprise crew are transported to a parallel dimension where the benevolent Federation never existed and the morally corrupt Terran Empire rules instead. Star Trek has explored this universe in various shows, and some of the most popular characters come from this world.
Now EXO-6 brings a whole different Mr. Spock with the introduction of the Mirror Universe's version of everyone's favorite Vulcan. The Spock of this world may be self-serving and corrupt, but he helps Kirk and his comrades return to their rightful universe for his own benefit.
Leonard Nimoy sported a beard for this portrayal of Spock from the Mirror Universe, and EXO-6 recreated this look in detail for this museum-quality 1:6 scale action figure. Measuring 12 inches tall, each item, from his 23rd century uniform. Century right down to his Terran awards, authentically recreated. The original portrait sculpture of Nimoy as Mirror Spock is an authentic, hand-painted likeness.
The EXO-6 Mirror Universe Spock 1:6 Scale Articulated Figure includes:
- Fully articulated body: More than 30 points of articulation allow the figure to be presented in various dynamic poses, approx. 30cm tall.
- Realistic portrait: The portrait of Spock was lovingly designed by first-class artists and perfectly depicts Leonard Nimoy with a beard. Each head sculpt is specially hand painted.
- Terran Empire Uniform: This uniform has been carefully researched and matches the original 1:6 scale costume in pattern and color. Magnets are sewn into the uniform to which phasers and daggers can be attached. The Terran insignia and medals are permanently attached to the tunic (the uniform is not removable).
- Boots: Made of leather-like material, cut in the original style of shoes from Star Trek: The Original Series.
- Hands: A total of nine interchangeable hands are included so he can be depicted with the phaser or dagger in hand and can perform the Vulcan mind meld.
- Display Base: A hexagonal display base with the transporter pad provides additional support for the figure. Two different inserts for the bottom of the base can represent the transporter platform or the center of the transporter field.
Mirror Spock is well-equipped to terrorize the Empire's enemies. It is equipped with:
- Phaser Type 2/Type 1: The Phaser Type 2 with pistol grip is the weapon of choice for any landing party expecting enemy aliens. The smaller Type 1 phaser can be removed and used separately. Both have magnets so they can be worn either on a utility belt or directly on pants, like in the 3rd version.
- Dagger and Sheath: The dagger is standard equipment for officers of the Terran Empire and is perfect for close-range assassinations.
- Agonizer: A device unique to the Terran Empire. Touching the shoulder with the agonist causes unimaginable pain. An excellent tool for taming unruly crew members.
This noble collectible figure is just the first part of EXO-6's entry into the Mirror Universe and a great addition to your EXO-6 Star Trek 1:6 scale figure collection.
