A pair of 7x35 Nippon Kogaku Binoculars FOR PARTS / NEED REPAIR / NOT WORKING. The binoculars have some debris (maybe fungus) inside and are showing a double vision they also have paint loss on the exterior. Being sold as is. Unknown if there are any other issues with them.
