This vintage headshell is for a turntable with a SME or Technics type of s-curve tonearm. My tests included installing a cartridge and making sure that it functional. The lead wires (cables) shown in the pics are included.  This one is all original, unmodified, and has no damage.  

Everything shown in the pictures is included in the listing. However, I do have a considerable assortment of fasteners and I will be happy to throw in a few at no charge if you need them, and contact me in advance of the shipping of the item.
