Can not connect Find My APP?

Make sure the phone network is working properly and Bluetooth is turned on, and your phone version is higher than iOS 14.6. Reset the tracker device and then reconnect it.
How to reset the finder device?

Press and hold the button until 6 short beeps and 1 long beep for factory reset and re-pair in Find My app.
Is it possible to charge/replace the battery?

The CR2032 button cell battery can be replaced. Simply pry open the cover from the side with the text, place the battery with the positive terminal facing up, and then close the cover.
How to confirm if the item finder has power?

After connecting the item finder to the Find My APP, click to enter the device homepage, and the remaining power will be displayed below the device name.
Does this tracker tag use compass style directions like Apple AirTag which can lead me to the exact location?

All products compatible with "Find My" do not have a compass feature. You can play a sound to find your item within Bluetooth range.
