In addition, recently, a man from Canada stated I did not put enough cardboard in his package, and it caused damage. My feedback shows I pack things very well and he even admitted that "it was damaged in transit". I know more cardboard was put in his order. Furthermore, he emailed me through my blog and demanded not only a complete refund but also, he wanted me to pay tariff and customs fees and send the money to his PayPal account. I have proof of this and have sent it to eBay to review. Until then, I am not able to respond a second time to the feedback because eBay does not allow that. Ebay also does not allow sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers now. So, I have no recourse at this time but to explain this situation here. Additionally, he said he has mobility issues, the snow that is happening where he lives so he cannot get out, and he will not send the item back because in his words "the post office is 40 minutes away from me" --none of that is within my control. My feedback also shows I am an honest seller and you can readily review that.
