We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days in its original undamaged packaging. Please contact us before returning.

Please mark your return with: name, eBay ID & contact number.

Refunds processed within 7 working days when the item arrives in undamaged, resalable condition.

Any shortages or faults must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by eBay message. No claims after this period.

Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged items: contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier.
