Vintage 40s, rare bouquet of "amber " flowers in a fan shape with black enamel bow.  Empress Eugenie by Alfred Philippe for Trifari. Marked crown Trifari, about 3" large. Gold and silver tone, black enamel, clear rhinestones, and lovely faceted oval cut amber / citrine color open back crystals.  

In good overall condition. Some scratching and gold plate wear on the back. Couple of the small RS appear slightly discolored (shown at the last 2 photos). The fur clip is slightly loose and bent, but works.
