Condition:
Overall good but used condition, clearly these pants were worn to put down a lot of fires. There's a small hand-sewing repair made on the right cuff, but otherwise show the signs of typical use (particularly at bottoms of legs). Nomex lining is removable. Pants show a name on the rear waistline, and an attempt to obscure the name.
Measurements:
Measurements are taken across the front of the waist (like with women's clothing) to get the men's waist double that number. Second measurement is the inseam. If the clothing is explicitly labeled with these measurements already (like jeans) I don't measure.
Measuring Techniques:
Inseam is measure from the crotch to the cuff.
Waist is measured along the front visible side. To get men's sizes, just double it, so if it's 14 that's 28 in men's sizes
