This is the classic Post Office British vintage wall clock. This beautiful piece was made in Britain around the mid-20th century.
The beautiful case is a lovely figured open-grain soft wood and is in really great condition with only a little wear. The case has been hand-polished to a lovely satin glow. I have repaired, deoxidised and beeswax polished it, but there are some marks I didn’t want to over-clean then loose this lovely patina. The dial is an off-white colour and shows overall age throughout. The brass bezel is in nice order with modest signs or wear. The glass is in good order.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
