All returns must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped
and undamaged. They must include all original parts including manuals,
etc... Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Do not return items that are damaged during shipment. A claim will need to
be submitted to the shipper and they may need to inspect the item and
packing material to make a determination. Claims often take up to 30 days
to settle. Buyer will be reimbursed at the time of and according to shippers
determination of claim.
